And why not go the cheap route… forms are easy to build, right? Anyone can do it?!? Sure. Anyone can build a form that causes the customer to despise and curse you. Anyone can design a form that is put in the inbox never to reach the outbox. Anyone can design a form to lose more business than you can measure because you don’t know how many forms are never completed.

DocuSign… How Do I Use Thee? Let Me Count The Ways

Imagine how many more ways you could make use of it! E-signing saves time because you can have all the parties sign within the same day or hour via email. E-signature is easier because there is no printing, faxing, mailing, scanning or filing of paper. And e-signed documents are better because all signatures are verified, tracked and monitored so you know who has and has not signed.

Why E-Signature Isn’t A Strategy: It’s An Essential Tool

If you think about it, most sales order processes are usually done in the wrong order: the order is signed and placed BEFORE it’s been approved. What if you could approve the order before you sign it? With e-signature seamlessly integrated into your forms automation you can be 95% more efficient, 95% more accurate and even increase the number of orders that get fulfilled because they are done rapidly (e.g. customers won’t go find a different vendor while waiting for you to approve your own order!).

While the burger joint they refer to (In-N-Out) is a West Coast habit and clearly one of the best burgers you can get, I do see the waste that occurs from simply taking more napkins than you need.
